Every year, the SU meeting in October is dedicated to completing paperwork for all troops.

Training - have all training classes recorded on your training card.
CPR / First Aid Certification Card - A first aider is required during activities that are physically demanding and during activities that involve potential injury such as hiking, camping, backpacking, cycling, caving, climbing, horseback riding, skating, skiing, swimming and boating. A first aider is also required when an activity is 24 hours or longer, or at an event of over 200 people.

Volunteer Information Form - If you were a leader the previous year, then the SUM has this form with your information on it. It needs to be verified and updated annually.
