Important Info

• We meet after school every other Tuesday at EMES (hallway next to cafeteria) from 2:45-4:00pm.
• The dues are $40.00 and your daughter can bring to the first meeting.
• The girls are to pack and bring their own snack to the meetings.  No nuts of any kind please!
• The girls will also bring $1.00 to each meeting.
• The girls will decide what they want to use the money in November for our December activity.

Meeting Dates, Programs & Sponsors

A few reminders:

January 25th - last day to turn in "completed/tallied" cookie forms. You can send them in to school and give them to Claire and I will get them all to Sydney.

January 25th - "home alone" safety training offered by the Red-Cross at Ida Lee. It's free and what better way to help your daughter learn some steps toward being independent! I can drive, so let me know.

January 29th - field trip to Loudoun County Animal Shelter. Girls received permission slip (pick-up is @ 4:30pm in school parking lot) and a flyer to staple to a bag to collect items for the shelter. Please drop off collected items to Sydney or me before our field trip.

February 2nd - 1:00pm - 2:00pm Pet Care badge. We have arranged to visit a home that has several different kinds of pets....birds and lizards and a bearded dragon! Yes Maddi, a dog and cat too. :-) Please let me know if your daughter can join us. Drop off/pick-up at my house. It's a neighbor of mine, so we're walking.

February 5th - field trip to Interfaith Relief. Girls received permission slip for this as well and a flyer to staple to a bag to collect items for the shelter. Please drop off collected items to Connie Peyton or Julie Stevens before field trip. Email Julie if you would like a soft copy of the flyer.
